Stupidest Hypnotic Orgasm story ever

This is just dumb.
Even if a man is hypnotized, I doubt that his brain could access and recreate a so called "woman's orgasm" and then let him feel it in a different way. Yes, he probably eperienced a different type of orgasm if he did it with only hypnosis, but that wouldn't mean it is a woman's orgasm.
If we can find a hermaphrodite, can we ask them if there is a difference in a male and female orgasm?

Even a man can get a woman's orgasm!Asian News InternationalLondon, October 14, 2005

Most women spend their entire lives waiting for one, and till they don't they fake it, but how about a man, who under deep hypnosis, claims he had a woman's orgasm, and it was far more pleasurable than what men normally experience.
According to The Sun, the amazing incident happened to writer Simeon de la Torre, who experienced pregnancy and childbirth as part of an experiment for a magazine, and had an orgasm when his therapist took him back to the point of conception to see if he could have an orgasm like wife.
"Nicola told me to imagine I was Clare and we were making love. I started to feel a bit odd, then was getting warmer and warmer.
"The climax appeared to come from within. I did not shout, 'Oh my god'. But I experienced a glorious, glowing, female orgasm.
"Waves of euphoria radiated over me from the pit of my stomach to my toes as a gleeful smile spread across my face. It was longer, gentler and distinctly different to the juddering knee-tremblers I usually have. And, unfortunately chaps, it was better. Now I want to do it again," the paper quoted him, as saying.

Hypnosis Schmynosis

I go back and forth about whether or not hypnosis really exists. I know, I know- I am actually a hypnotist who uses the brains of people around the world to experiment on and it would seem that I, of anyone, would say that hypnosis really exists. It is just weird though, that you can get the same effect from the brain without hypnosis as you can with it.

So, lets say I am doing a pain control experiment and I am ready to stick needles into flesh to prove that they can numb their skin with hypnosis. It is possible that I can do this without putting someone into trance. I can also make someone jump higher, run faster, hit a golf ball straighter by using my hypnotic powers. But it is also possible to do that without hypnosis.
If you believe I can do it TO YOU, it will happen even if I hypnotized you in Latin.

I realized this when I started doing Stage Hypnosis shows. When I would arrive at the show people would whisper and point "there's the hypnotist. I've heard she is really powerful" or some such thing. At this point they are believing that just about anything I tell them to do will be so expertly crafted and included the super secret sauce that only hypnotists have, that they will instantly do anything I ask. ANYTHING. It is the weirdest thing.

A group of people.
Me- the hypnotist.
A bunch of empty chairs on a stage.
A microphone.

We are all set. The belief is there, the expectation is there, the volunteers have the expectation that they will be hypnotized, and for the most part my work is done. The hypnotic induction is a formality.

Often people who order my CDs will email me BEFORE their CDs even arrive, to tell me how they have changed just from ordering them. Weird.
When I did Hypnotherapy in my office with clients the change would start before they even got into my office.

Hypnotists describe hypnosis as needing to have these elements to be succesful.
Expectation, desire, belief.
Expect that hypnosis will do it to you.
Desire to make the change. (doing it for yourself, not for other reasons)
Belief that you have made the change and how this will change you in the future.

So, do you need to be hypnotized to change? If you believe that you do, then you do. Can you change on your own and make yourself stop smoking or get rid of headaches? Yes of course you can, but very few of us have the ability to believe that we have this power.
Truth is, when I want to make a change and want it fast, I go visit a friend of mind and say "hypnotize me now" and we are off and running.

OK- NYC seminar is coming up. On the 3rd day we do experiments on unsuspecting people.
If you have any unusual hypnosis experiments you would like to suggest I just might carry them out. I will report back to you on the results after we return from NYC. Post your ideas in the comments.

Giddyup! It will be excellent fun.

Coping with Disaster

How can people recover from a disaster when they have lost everything, have no direction and very limited choices?
Traumatic memories that have intense emotions can result in long term physical and mental problems, which can be very difficult to recover from. Depression results from the confusion and lack of direction and utter hoplesness. The brain secretes chemicals into the body as a result of the unresolved stress and these chemicals, neuropeptides, create a very real physical depression. That depression leads to illness and disease.

In most cases the brain has no way to release the trapped emotions of a memory and the effect is that the brain seeks out other memories that have similar emotional content. This can start a devastating downward spiral.

The victims of hurricane Katrina have a long way to go to recover emotionally.

Can the brain somehow speed up the healing process to avoid months or years of emotional stress after such an event? I believe it can.

It helps to talk about it, of course. The more that the emotion is verbalized the more it is neutralized.
However, there are aspects of the emotional memory that cannot be resolved or released with talk alone. These memories are stored in a deeper sense and conscious thought rarely reaches them.
When the memories are resolved in a state of self hypnosis the emotions can be resolved. The intensity of the emotions can be removed and the brain can then store and entirely new set of emotions around this traumatic event.
For instance-
If you go into the memory and allow yourself to feel the emotion, the grief, the loss, and then move to the lessons that are being learned and the decisions you will make now, and the new value you will create for your life, however small, these new emotions are now stored in the same place in the brain where the trauma was stored.

Now- when a person accesses the traumatic memory it activates some of the positive emotions, even if they are minimal, they will result in helping a person heal because they are no longer faced with the chemical storm from the traumatic memory.

Those of us watching the negative images are absorbing the trauma and imagining what it would be like if it were happening to us. This can create a false memory that the subconscious mind believes to be real. Even though you know consciously that it didnt happen to you, the more you imagine it and wonder what it must have been like, and see the pictures and feel the pain, the more your subconscious mind will build similar negative memories.

Do you wonder why you feel so bad? Hard to keep going? Sad, stressed, confused for no reason?
Stop dwelling on the negative in this trauma. Find something that has meaning for you and creates a powerful value as a result of what you see.
Gratitude for what you have in your family, values that you create for yourself as a result of this, ways that you will plan ahead to protect yourself in the future, finding something - anything- positive, and dwelling on it. This may be hard, but necessary if you want to stop the cycle of trauma induced depression.

The victims- what can they do? How do they recover?
Making a decision, no matter how small, can give a person a sense of direction and control of their life. The biggest loss is that they have no say, no control, and no direction. Making a series of small decisions that give them direction will help to reduce the trauma because there is some sense of control. I know that sounds too simple, and in many ways it is. But for those living in shelters, who are angry and feeling helpless, there must be something that gives them direction and makes them feel needed. In the shelters and on the streets they are just in the way; bodies that need to be shuffled around. Their sense of self worth is at an all time low.

Give them some power by making sure they are needed and essential, for something- anything- and recovery will come a lot faster.
I am not sure how that can happen yet, but it is the initial step in feeling that you matter... after a the monumental message that you simply DO NOT MATTER.

The worst place to be in your life is when you reach a point where you don't matter. The lesson the victims learned is that they don't in fact matter, especially when it comes to basic survival.
Emotional recovery will come when they know they are needed.

I have no idea how that could happen, of course, but it is one of the elements of recovering.

Hey, those Socks are sure sexy.

I am not sure if this article is about really about sex research or about the benefits of socks and the success of the sex act.
I am sure there is some serious research here. As you read the article, try to visualize yourself as one of the researchers in the lab, watching your subjects.
I could not stop laughing. Is it just me?

Bula

Sitting at the aiport in Fiji waiting for the sun to rise. I landed at 3 am. Whhhheeee! So far it is dark.

While in LAX i learned that people in Holland do not go dutch. They have never even heard of that.
I decided to find one interesting, little known fact from every person from different countries.

Stay tuned.... pictures to come. I think there are beaches and palm trees. That's what they tell me. But so far... just dark.

Priorities

On that last post, the question mostly went unanswered. I was hoping for bunch of fascinating answers and then I would enlighten all of you as to the relevance of the answers.
But, alas, a lack of responses means that I may never tell you. ;) My little secret.

I have a little dog. She is a Bichon. Cute as can be, never barks. Last night she barked up a storm in the back yard. I walked out to tell her to knock it off, but instead my squeals and screams went well with her barking. A nice size rattler was making noise of his own, coiled up and ready to get to know us up close.
The good thing about a rattlesnake in the yard is that the firemen all come over.
That is the only good thing... This 5' rattler was a bit scary. I'm hoping he didn't have friends nearby.

Hypnotically Enhanced

Hypnotically Challenged
Remember to click the comment button below. Read what others are saying, and POST your very WISE thoughts and replies to this weeks newsletter.

I have an army of helpers that are ready for battle. That rascally rabbit Penn Jillette, will soon have to face the truth. Details will come.

In my newsletter I have shared my thoughts about Terry Schaivo, Michael Moore, and a few other juicy topics. I always get an interesting response if the subject has an hint of a political opinion. One in particular, after my Monday's with Martha newsletter, said that although he used my Alcohol Freedom program to stop drinking (even though he never believed it would work) and he was very happy about the effect it had on his life, he would now never, ever, buy anything from me again. I totally understand that you dont want to see anything that even slightly smacks of an opinion when there is a controversy, but I dont understand why it negates all the good that is done. So, you quit drinking. Nothing else worked. Your life sucked. Along comes a set of CDs, le pouf, you are a non-drinker. BUT then, (gasp) you find out that I have an opinion about a woman in a coma and suddenly everything else I do is unworthy.
Fascinating.
I wish that man well, hope he is still staying sober and loving life. But he sure doesnt like me anymore.

I have a question. You can answer in the comments section below. Have you ever had a dream that predicted the future? Not predicted really, but a dream that was very real and then the next day or so you realize that your exact dream is happening in detail, just the way you dreamt it?
Tell us about it below. I will tell you about mine next time. It is happening more frequently. I think I am in the cosmic groove.

Saturday

After I send my newsletters, I recieve some really fascinating responses. One that showed up this morning was suggesting that I make a documentary about the making of Penn and Teller's show, Bullshit. I could interview other people who were on the show and make it an expose of all the blantant lies they are telling.
Great idea. Since I have a film crew (seriously, I do) I can put it together rather quickly. (Well, quickly in terms of how long it takes to make a documentary.
I am SO on this.

The Cure for Cancer?

Hypnotically Enhanced
Famous Magician Makes the Truth Disapear!
OK, Here's the deal. Penn Jillette says I can cure cancer. It sure didn’t come from me, and when I was filmed for their show last year they didn’t even interview me about health issues. To take it a sleazy step further, he claims that I tell people to STOP seeing their doctor when they have cancer and I take all their money as they lay on their death bed.
Quite a claim to make on my behalf. Especially for someone who is winning Emmys for a show that is supposed to expose the truth. If you make stuff up, that does NOT make it true, but people do believe what they see on TV.

After we filmed the pieces for the show, which included segments with an MD and a Dentist showing the amazing effects of hypnosis on pain and on dental phobias, the producer called me.

She said, "can you send us your cd that cures cancer?" And I said, "NO! I dont have a CD that cures cancer, and I do NOT claim to cure or treat cancer. I have a CD that helps with healing the emotional aspects of illness, helps with pain and makes a person feel more positive."

Next, I immediately had my attorney prepare this letter which was sent to Ms. Hensen-

Dear Ms. Hensen,
Here are the CDs you requested.
I assume you are interested in having these CDs as samples to use on the air, or to comment on regarding effectiveness and methods that may or may not work.
I request the following guidelines are followed when preparing commentary for these CDs.
Audio clips must be used in context, and approved by me if they are being aired. No claims to effectiveness are made by Wendi Friesen CHT,, or by wendi.com.
Any commentary on effectiveness needs to be accompanied by stating that Wendi Friesen is not claiming the products are a medical cure, but there are clients who claim they have experienced positive results.
Of course, guidelines should be followed to reflect my professionalism and include the understanding that wendi.com products are not an alternative to medical treatment; rather the products provide a complimentary approach to helping people who have illness, pain, or disorders. Wendi.com and Wendi Friesen are not treating, or claiming to treat illness, or diagnosing, offering, or suggesting an alternative to medical procedures. Ms. Friesen works diligently with medical practitioners and counselors to assist their patients in creating a positive mental outlook and setting in motion a beneficial state in their mind and body that will promote healing.
People who have cancer and other illnesses are aware of the benefit that their attitude can have on healing. Use of wendi.com products on your show should reflect the use of hypnosis as a complimentary therapy, not as a cure or treatment for any disease or illness.
Thank you for your understanding about this matter.
Wendi Friesen CHT

Now you can see that it might bother me just a teeny weeny bit that they chose to make the claim that I can cure cancer. Also, for them to claim that I am asking people to STOP seeing their doctor and letting them die while I take their money… well this couldn’t be further from the truth. And all of this from a show who’s entire premise is to expose the TRUTH.
Now, of course this all came as a shock when I saw the show. Especially when they chose to delete the entire medical hypnosis segments that showed how effective hypnosis was to relieve a severe dental phobia and to eliminate pain when needles were put through the hands of my subjects. Hey, that was good stuff! But not nearly as good as the lies they told. A friend of Penn’s called me and told me he did it because he hates hypnosis.

I got a few letters about that show. Several hundred actually. Many included death threats, and some had graphic descriptions of how I should die. It was a difficult month for me. It was hard to get out of bed. Especially in light of the fact that their show is now being promoted as such a great piece of work.

Wining Emmys for lies? Penn, you have become the very thing that you want to expose. It is you who should be ashamed of yourself.

Where is the real scam? It is the show itself. I have not made a big deal of it, but since I see that this blatant promotion by Time, People Magazine, the Today Show and TV guide promoting this as a great show to watch… well, I simply have to speak up. I did a great piece of work for their show. They also insisted that I do a rebirthing segment and even though I told them I don’t do that, they insisted. I agreed, and ONLY if they included my statement that this is ONLY a metaphor, the memories expressed while re-experiencing your birth are nothing more. Then, through clever editing, they took clips of other statements, put them in the rebirth segment so that I was saying that these memories are true.

People tell me that I shouldn’t be surprised that Penn Jillette did this. This is just TV, they say.
Is it really ok to excuse people for having such a deep commitment to creating lies and attempting to ruin a person and a company?
I have a wonderful staff of 14 people who love their jobs, love what we do and enjoy being a part of a company with integrity and purpose. We wake up every day knowing we are making a difference.
